Boston Junior Bruins Pre-Season Camp

The Boston Junior Bruins will be holding their pre-season camp at Babson College in
Wellesley. The two week camp will begin on Monday August 12, 2013.
The camp, as in the past, will run four days a week Monday through Thursday. The
camp will end on Thursday, August 22, 2013. A complete camp schedule will be
available later in the summer.
The Boston Junior Bruins Pre-Season camp has been identified by Babson College and
the Town of Wellesley as a Recreational Camp and falls under Massachusetts Camp
Regulations, 10SCMR 430.000 Minimum Standards for Recreational Camps for Children.
We will be checking all of the health/immunization records we received last year and notifying parents of any updated records that will be needed. All new players should be setting health visits to their doctor’s office if you do not have
We also need the Camp Consent to Treat Form, list any allergies your child may have on this form. Form is located on web site. Those who have sent in the USA Hockey Consent to Treat form are OK
If your child has need for medication (epi-pens, inhalers etc.) you will need to supply an Authorization to Administer Medication to Camper Form.

Bantam Major and Midget U-16 and U18 are not included in these requirements as
they are not participating in camp, just practice sessions.
The form requirements are needed by early August, do not wait until the last minute get it done early.
